allimb is a product of ALLIMB HEALTH SRL. Both names, allimb and ALLIMB HEALTH SRL, are used interchangeably and stand for the manufacturer of the medical device, who is also responsible for Data Security, and/or the medical device itself.
All digital physiotherapeutic offerings follow these general terms.
The usage does not constitute an independent therapeutic service or medical treatment provided by allimb or its representatives. Participation does not result in the establishment of a treatment contract. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Please note that “Dr. Dennis” is a virtual trainer and not a real person or physician. It has been created to combine the collective expertise of hundreds of professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, and researchers, along with evidence-based guidelines. By leveraging millions of images and advanced analytics, Dr. Dennis has been designed to deliver the highest level of experience, and reaching this goal is our ultimate aim.
Instructions for Use, Side Effects, and Contraindications
allimb provides instructions for use for the online programs offered, which include general and specific guidelines for use, potential side effects, and exclusion criteria (contraindications) and terms and conditions among others. By participating, users agree to use each course only within the scope of the instructions and all other terms provided and after having received a medical prescription.
Please note that a therapeutic success for the user through participation in the program cannot be guaranteed by allimb, as this success depends on numerous individual factors specific to the user, over which allimb has no influence.
User Behavior
allimb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block participants who misuse our platform. Misuse is considered to include:
- using our exercises outside the specifications of the instructions for use or engaging in any other use that could endanger the participant,
- disparaging statements (racism, sexism, and statements that fall under criminal law) made and spread through our platform and communication channels,
- displaying behavior that endangers the security of our platform, connected systems, or employees,
- sharing access credentials or otherwise providing third parties with access to the course.
The content offered in the online courses may only be utilized by the user for personal purposes. Downloading other than using the method provided by allimb is not permitted, regardless of the intended purpose. If content is made available for download, it may only be downloaded in accordance with these terms of use. The downloaded content may not be copied or shared with third parties.
Copyright
The right to download does not imply any transfer or further granting of copyright. Content intended for download is always clearly marked as such.
References and links to third-party websites do not mean that allimb endorses the content of the reference or link. The content does not establish any responsibility by allimb for the data and information provided therein. allimb is not liable for unlawful, incorrect, or incomplete content, or for any damages caused by the use of content linked to those sites.
Changes
allimb reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and adapt them to technical and legal developments. The user will be specifically notified of any changes. In the event that individual provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
